The true value of Insurance is really measured when a loss occurs and a claim is needed to be made. To help this often stressful process go a little smoother, we will be here at all times to explain how the process will work and support you from when you present the claim to the Insurer right through to the settlement of the claim.
If you are unfortunate enough to suffer a loss or be involved in an accident then wherever possible we would prefer you to call us on our usual number, 01460 53095, and we will then explain the next steps.
If your claim is urgent and we are not available then your policy documentation will usually contain a 24 hour emergency phone number where you can report the claim directly to the Insurer. They will be able to take details of the claim and make any emergency provisions that are necessary.
