Ambition: I would love to expand my baking into something more than just a hobby.
Background: I grew up in Andover and qualified as a chef, but soon realised that whilst I love baking, being a chef was not for me. I have worked in various guises over the years but fell into insurance about 11 years ago and have worked at Harper Dolman West since.
